Merrill Trust currently owns 7,000 acres entitled for 42,000 lots authorized with over $1.1 billion of tax-exempt bond reimbursement for public infrastructure held for long-term development in Arizona.
The Trust is also a partner in Desert Color which is a 3300 acre 12,000 lot masterplanned community in St. George, Utah which is a joint venture with the Utah Division of State Lands.
In the Cities of Chattahoochee Hills and Palmetto in Metropolitan Atlanta, only 15 miles from Hartsf ield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the busiest airport in the world, Merrill Trust currently owns Merrill Park, a 2,000-acre mixed-use master-planned community planned for 12,000,000 to 15,000,000 square feet of commercial space for offices, hotels, and retail and over 6,500 residential lots. This $10 billion development is located in the center of the powerful Georgia Aerotropolis Corridor and is the largest mixed-use project in Metropolitan Atlanta.

The Trust’s 1,100 acre Foxhall Resort is a beautiful and unique lifestyle and sporting resort located on the Chattahoochee River in Metropolitan Atlanta. Foxhall is the western anchor of the $100 Billion Georgia Aerotropolis Corridor which will become one the largest economic development projects in the United States.
Foxhall enjoys the largest resort zoning in the history of Atlanta with approval for over 3,000 hotel rooms and 1,000 residential lots. Among other Merrill Trust assets are Catatoga Resort in Lake Toxaway, NC, 500 acres
